A room + private toilet is rented out to a female student. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The rent is 4450 kronor per month. Electricity is not included in the rent but is paid separately each month, the amount is shared between the residents, about 350 - 450 SEK per person/month. The price of electricity varies throughout the year.
