Hi! I'm renting out a room in my cozy apartment in Majorna to a woman. The room is available for move-in on April 20. But I'm flexible, so moving in during May/June is also fine, and the minimum stay is 3 months. The room is rented to a woman who works, or who attends school and studies Monday–Friday, and has income from work or CSN. (Not to someone who studies/works from home during the day.)
