We are two lively older ladies who have a vacant room for a student in a four-room apartment of 111 sqm near Caroli in Malmö. It is located in the Old Town, very close to Malmö Central Station, and everything you need in terms of shopping centers, restaurants and parks is nearby. The room is 10.5 sqm, with access to the kitchen, bathroom, a separate toilet and part of the living room, depending on needs. The rent is 4,000 SEK/month, including electricity and Internet. A contract is available and a deposit of one month’s rent is requested.
