Beautiful house in a safe rural area. Only 30 minutes to SU and 35 minutes to KTH by direct train from the station 300 meters from our house. We live on the ground floor with our cat and rent out the top floor to four students who each have their own bedroom and share the sitting room, toilet/shower room and pantry (small kitchen).
