Renting out one bedroom in my apartment on Sankt Johannesgatan (student area). From 24/11/01 until 25/03/31 with the possibility to extend for a few months. You will basically have the whole furnished apartment to yourself as I will be away for work most of the time. I will occasionally stay in the other room for a few days every month or so. The apartment is fully furnished (see pictures), and I expect you to take good care of it. No smoking, pets, or parties allowed. Rent: 6500 SEK/month Deposit: 1 month’s rent as a deposit.
