FOR RENT I have a large one-bedroom apartment of 38 square meters that I want to rent out until June/July 2025 (some flexibility). The apartment is located in Sala Backe, about 10 minutes from the central station by bike. It is being rented out unfurnished. The rent is 7,600 kronor per month, including electricity. I will also require a deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent to be paid upon move-in.
