I am renting out my 29 square meter apartment in Tomtebo starting from November 1st for one year or at least 6 months. The rent is 7500 SEK, which includes electricity, water, internet, a parking space with a motor heater, and a storage room. The bus stops right outside the building and takes about 10 minutes to the university. It is close to nature, with Nydalasjön just outside the house. There is also a gym just a block away.
