I rent out my 1 room apartment in Barkarbystaden for a year from 1st of March. It is a new building with a balcony, dishwasher & washing machine (dryer combo). The apartment is rented out partially furnished. Rent is 8000 SEK/monthly. Electricity is added based on monthly spend (usually 300 SEK) and broadband is 500 SEK, or you can have your own instead. 2 min away from bus station Stora Torget and 6 min away from Barkarby Station. Payment and subscription agreement

If the service has been taken into use, the right of complaint lapses.
