Looking for a female tenant for a fantastic rental space on the second floor of a duplex apartment right in the middle of Götgatspucken. Private room with a simple kitchen, as well as a large private bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. (The machines are shared with me, and there is a large laundry room in the basement.)
