1 room apartment in Malmö

Hello All, I am renting out the apartment in Malmö for short time or for long term upon agreement. The apartment is 26square meter and has a bathroom and kitchen attached. The apartment is furnished, I am flexible to rent it out unfurnished if needed. Move in date is from mid August. Rental period is from 2 months to upto a year. Notice period is 3 months.
