Renting out a room in a 69 sqm cosy apartment in Malmö. The room is 7 sqm and fully furnished. The apartment is located close to supermarkets (2 min walk to COOP), pizzeria, apoteket, and has direct access to Malmö C by bus (bus no. 4, takes 12 min ride) and train (from Östervärn station, takes 3 min to Malmö C). There are also direct busses to Lund C. You'll share the apartment with me (37 year old male). I'm easy going and social.
