Hello, I want to rent out a room in my flat in Dalaplan, the room is unfurnished or partially furnished, i.e. Single bed, TV shelf. The room is completely newly renovated with a new floor and new painting .Shares the bathroom and kitchen with the owner. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Repaid upon moving out. The room is on the 2nd floor (no lift). The area near the Mobilia shopping center, 5 minutes by bus to Triangeln Station. OBS: No pet , no smoking in my apartment. Serviceavgift för hyresgäst: 222
