Hi, I'm renting my place for 1 month (28 January till 28th Feburary) with the possibility of extension. Apartment is very new. This building was constructed in 2024. Hemkop and bus stop is on 3 minutes walk. McDonald's is just 5 minutes walk and Max is 2 stops away by bus. You will have a big Indian grocery store on 5 minutes walk. Apartmemt is on 4th floor with the nice view. You will have large sitting area outside the apartment where you can have bbq and sunbathing. Apartment is furnished with the very basic needs.
