Hi, I'd like to rent out my apartment from 21 Dec 2024 to Jan , for a short period to start with. The idea rental period is 21 Dec to 18 Jan, but to make it convenient you can rent till Jan 31. This can be regraded as a trial period, and if you wish to stay longer we can discuss after this period. The longest rent I can accept for a long run is 1-2 years.
