Hi, I am renting a room (woman only) in my spacious flat that is 150sqm. The room is approx 18sqm and has a double bed with closets and a sofa. The flat is a duplex with 2 entrances, centrally located in vasastan, one of Gothenburg's best streets. The rent is 8000 SEK/month including all bills (internet, electricity, water) and 2 months deposit is required which will be returned once you leave the flat.
