My 40m² apartment in Majorna is available starting in the end of February. Its got a storage room (like all apartments in Sweden, to put things like skis and carts), there is a manual car wash (which can be used for free) and a sauna which costs SEK 100 for 3 hours. There is also laundry, heating (radiator), wifi (500 MBPS) and hot water included. Electricity is not included and costs SEK 2/KWh.
