Hello, I am renting out my furnished overnight apartment, just a stone's throw from the hospital! 23 sqm, kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sleeping alcove, shower, fresh and nice. 6000 SEK/month (electricity and cable TV included, broadband not included). I have lived there myself but have gotten a new job and will be renting it out from January 1, 2025, until further notice. A deposit of one month's rent is required, which will be refunded upon moving out.
