Hey, I'm renting a room in a 73 sqm apartment in Gothenburg for 6000, which includes all the bills (electricity, water, internet, insurance). The apartment has all the necessary amenities, and the tenant has access to everything else in the apartment as well. The apartment is newly designed and has a nice balcony too. ICA is just a one-minute walk away, as is the pharmacy. The bus stop is also a one-minute walk away. (2 months notice period.) Renting starts from the end of October.
