It is around 20 m2 plus private bathroom and shared washing room with an individual entrance, furnished. The green area in the attached floorplan is for rent. The yellow area is shared with all people live in the house. Electricity , water, heating, Internet and parking is included. Only one person is allowed to live in this single room.
