We are renting out our newly built (2022) Attefall house. It is located in a quiet residential area on Värmdö, 5 minutes to the bus stop, about 35 minutes to Slussen. The cottage is 30 sqm + loft. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, large fridge/freezer, microwave. Bathroom with washing machine/tumble dryer. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and an air source heat pump/AC.
