1 room house in Uppsala

We are a family living in a house in Fålhagen (about a 5-10 minute walk to the central station). We rent out rooms on our upper floor, 5 in total, of which one is available from the end of June. In addition to the five rooms, there is a shared kitchen with kitchen equipment, two bathrooms with showers, one of which has a washing machine/dryer. The room can also be rented with simpler furnishings. It is a nice group living there now, so good community is obviously important. The rent includes electricity, internet, and water.
