For rent to a female student or researcher. I work full-time and am rarely at home. Internet and electricity included. Close to Ultuna and BMC. 15 minutes by bike to the city center. I also rent out an additional room, so you will share the toilet and shower with that tenant. Service fee for tenant: 207
