1 room house in Uppsala

We rent out a room in our house with its own refrigerator. We currently have other lodgers; shared access to the kitchen/laundry room on the lower floor, an upstairs bathroom/living room adjacent to the room, a ground-level entrance, bicycle parking on the property, and an outdoor seating area in the summer. About 100 m to the bus stop, 10 minutes to central Uppsala by bus. Due to requests from our other female lodgers, we are only seeking female tenants. Service fee for tenant: 222
