1 room house in Uppsala

We rent out a room in our house with its own refrigerator. We currently have other lodgers; shared use of the kitchen/laundry room on the lower floor, bathroom/common room on the upper floor adjacent to the room. Entrance at ground level, bicycle parking on the property and also an outdoor area in summer. About 100 m to the bus stop, 10 minutes to central Uppsala by bus. Due to requests from our other female lodgers, we are only seeking female tenants. Service fee for the tenant: 222
