1 room house in Uppsala

We rent out a room in our house with its own refrigerator. We currently have other lodgers. Shared areas: kitchen/laundry room on the lower floor; bathroom/common room on the upper floor adjacent to the room; entrance at ground level; bicycle parking on the property; and an outdoor patio in the summer. About 100 m to the bus stop; 10 minutes to central Uppsala by bus. Due to the wishes of our other female lodgers, we are only seeking female tenants. Service fee for the tenant: 222
