1 room house in Stockholm

What has actually happened in Stockholm on the housing front? Three years ago, a typical ad could get 300 responses, whereas now you might get only 10. Prices have dropped, which is good for many, but the whole market seems to have stagnated? Does Stockholm have less immigration and more people living in tighter spaces? We have an Attefall house in an attractive location for about 9000 SEK/month near the subway, but it seems difficult to find a good tenant nowadays, unfortunately..
