1 room house in Malmö

One of three bedrooms for rent in the quiet Kastaniegården area. There is also a small walk-in closet adjoining the room. The shared space includes two bathrooms, a kitchen and a furnished living room. The room also has a large double bed. The rent includes everything except electricity (about 1200 SEK to be shared among the residents). Either my husband or I will live in the apartment, but since we are moving we will not be here full-time. A smaller room is also available for rent. Service fee for the tenant: 371 SEK
