1 room house in Lund

We have a house where we have partitioned off a corridor with three rooms and a common room (the rooms are furnished) that we rent out to students (girls). We now have one of the rooms available. The students share the common living room, a bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a kitchenette. The corridor has its own entrance, i.e. the accommodation is separate from ours. The house is in the northern part of Lund and it takes about 10 minutes to cycle down to the center. There is a bus stop just outside.
