1 room house in Luleå

My current roommate is moving out now. This is a private room in a house right behind the university, a 5-minute walk away. A first-hand contract and the rent is 4500 kr. Available from September. 1 minute to the bus stop and good connections to downtown — 15 minutes by bus. You have your own shower and toilet and we share the kitchen and living area. I speak English, Swedish and Chinese. Service fee for tenant: 222
