1 room house in Järfälla

For rent, preferably to a woman, 1 room with a private shower/toilet in a two-story semi-detached house. 100m from the nearest bus stop. Electricity, internet & parking are included in the rent. The residence is located in a quiet and child-friendly area. Currently, I (47-year-old man) and my eleven-year-old daughter + a Pomeranian (50% of the time) live in the residence.
