1 room house in Huddinge

Our tenant is moving out and we welcome a new tenant. The cottage is older but very nice and sits completely private with its own deck, barbecue area, etc. The mosaic-tiled shower has underfloor heating and there are fairly new appliances. Close to Källbrink bus stop or a 15-minute walk to Huddinge Centre. We have rented it out for 20 years with satisfied tenants. We live in the "main house" next door like any other neighbor.
