The house has 4 rooms and two floors. I live in one room; a friendly woman who runs her own restaurant lives in another, so one room is available and is looking for a nice guest! We have a garden and some fruit trees. Nice in the summer — sunbathing, barbecuing, etc. Good bus connections. There is a Coop Forum and restaurants nearby! Service fee for the tenant: 297
