1 room house in Djursholm

It is a charming guesthouse set back on our property. It has high ceilings with a sleeping alcove one flight up. There is also a sofa bed on the lower floor. The house is a 3-minute walk to Djursholms Ekeby, where the Roslagsbanan takes you to Östra station within 15 minutes. The house is located in a residential area right next to a forest. Everything is included in the rent, such as electricity, water, heating and wifi. We can discuss earlier move-in if desired. Welcome! Service fee for tenant: 714
