Furnished room in a villa shared by students is rented out over the summer while I work in another location. Landlord's approval is required - student prioritized. Renting out at the same price I rent the room for, 4,900 SEK/month. June-August, no possibility of extension. Nice, quiet area in central Danderyd. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms shared by a total of 5 people on the ground floor of the villa. Balcony door directly to the garden. Can move some of my stuff so you get more space. Service fee for tenant: 291
