1 room house in Båstad

The accommodation being rented is a guesthouse on a plot connected to a garage, with its own entrance from the plot into the accommodation. It is a fresh, fairly newly built unit that has seen relatively little use. There is an opportunity to park a bicycle on the property, as well as a car in the driveway during periods when we are not there ourselves (we use the main house as a summer/holiday home).
