1 room house in Allerum

Hello! Are you maybe a pensioner who has time and would like to spend it with your fingers in the soil? A cottage with arable land of approx. 200 m2 is available. You decide yourself whether you want to cultivate a smaller area (or more?). The cottage is about 25 m from my house. The ground is easy to cultivate but needs some preparation before you can sow and plant; it currently consists of grass.
