1 room house in Allerum

Hello! Are you out there, perhaps a pensioner, who has time and would gladly spend it with your fingers in the soil? A cottage with cultivable land of about 200 m2 is available. You choose yourself whether you want to cultivate a smaller area (or more?). The cottage is about 25 m from my house. The ground is easy to cultivate but needs a bit of preparation before you can sow and plant; it currently consists of grass. If you are only interested in the land that's fine, we will just agree on how/what you want to do with it, etc. Works well ...
