1 room house in Allerum

Hi! Are you, perhaps a retiree, someone who has time and would like to spend it with your hands in the soil? A cabin with cultivable land of about 200 m2 is available. You choose yourself whether you want to cultivate a smaller area (or more?). The cabin is located about 25 m from my house. The ground is easy to cultivate but needs some preparation before you can sow and plant; it currently consists of grass.
