1 room house in Allerum

Hello! Are you, perhaps a pensioner, someone who has time and likes to spend it with your fingers in the soil? There is a cottage with cultivable land of about 200 m². You can choose to cultivate a smaller area (or more?). The cottage is about 25 m from my house. The ground is easy to cultivate but needs a bit of preparation before you can sow and plant; it currently consists of grass.
