1 room apartment in Visby

I am renting out my apartment this summer, with a weekly rent of SEK 5,000. It is a nice studio with high ceilings, wooden floors and a 5-minute walk to Söderport. Sleeping space for two in a 140 cm bed plus a fold-out armchair for a third person. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony facing east/south, and shower and toilet. Service fee for the tenant: SEK 297.
