The apartment is located at Noviresort and is used as a hotel room by Noviresort during the period June 1 to September 30 each year. Therefore we are now looking for a tenant who wants to rent for the period October 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. The periods before and after these dates are rented out as hotel rooms, and availability inquiries should therefore be directed to the hotel.
