1 room apartment in Västra Frölunda

Hi! I have a 1.5-room apartment (38.7 sqm) in Frölunda that I plan to rent out for one year (with the possibility of extension). It will be fully furnished, parking is available if desired, broadband and water are included. Electricity is not included. However, it usually isn't very expensive. I will basically leave all the furniture and TV etc. I live on the 9th floor out of 12 and have a large glazed balcony. About 5-6 minutes from the bus stop Musikvägen. 5 minutes to Frölunda Torg and right below is the grocery store Willys.
