Subletting my apartment Hi! Due to work abroad, I am renting out my 27 sqm apartment in a good location on Östra Mälarstrand. The apartment is a one-room unit with a balcony. It is in good condition and relatively new (built in 2022) and has both a dishwasher and a washing machine.
