Hello, The apartment is on the eighth floor. The rent includes electricity, internet and hot water. It’s a three-room apartment of about 75 sqm and I am renting out one of the rooms. I work and lead a calm, organized life. I am looking for someone who is responsible, tidy and respects shared spaces. My partner is usually here on weekends; otherwise I live alone. No smoking. Move-in by agreement. Service fee for tenant: 198
