1 room apartment in Vårby

I want to rent out a room in a three-room apartment. The rent is SEK 5,000. It’s a 5-minute walk to the metro and buses. I’m a 50-year-old man and work six days a week. Electricity, TV and broadband are included in the rent. Of this amount, the tenant’s service fee is SEK 297 per month (included in the rent above).
