About Gasverksgatan 3 This is an older building where, in 2021, we carried out a plumbing/core renovation of 26 apartments. For the tenants this meant new kitchens and bathrooms with the option to choose between two different levels of finish. The building was constructed in 1930 and was remodeled in the 1970s, but the old character has been well preserved.
