Newly built cozy studio in a quiet, safe and green area in Vällingby! Private entrance and an adjoining patio with furniture (a wooden sofa and two wooden armchairs). Everything is included in the rent (electricity, wifi, heating, etc.), the bathroom has underfloor heating and the apartment is connected to an alarm (controlled via phone).
