1 room apartment in Uppsala

I am renting out a room in a two-room apartment in Gottsunda. The apartment is located 3 minutes from the center and the bus stop, and the laundry room is only a few meters away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is access to an elevator. I am looking for a male tenant who is Muslim, non-smoking, responsible, and has an income. Electricity and internet are included in the rent, we share the kitchen space and space in the fridge/freezer. There is also parking available for those in need of it for a fee.
