1 room apartment in Uppsala

I am renting out a furnished room in my apartment. The laundry room is nearby on the same street. There are pillows and a duvet. You get your own mirror cabinet in the bathroom and half of the bathroom cabinet. Hot water usually costs about 200 SEK for two people. 200 SEK is included in the rent; if it exceeds that, the tenant must pay the remaining amount.
