1 room apartment in Uppsala

Hello! Rent out a room in my apartment as the room would otherwise remain empty. The person renting the room will have access to all common areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Internet and TV are included in the rent. Good access to public transport as there is a bus stop right outside with buses to Enköping/Västerås, among others. About a 10-minute walk to the central station. NOTE! The room is rented unfurnished. Service fee for tenant: 405
